Account & Registration

To create an account, click the "Register" or "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the page. Fill in your name, email address, and choose a secure password. After submitting the form, check your email for a verification link to activate your account.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Yes! Go to your Account Settings and look for the Email section. Enter your new email address and verify it by clicking the confirmation link sent to the new address.

Courses & Enrollment

Browse our course catalog and click on a course that interests you. On the course page, click the "Enroll" button. Some courses are free, while others may require payment. Once enrolled, you'll find the course in your Dashboard.

For most courses, you'll have continued access to materials even after the course end date. However, some interactive features like discussion forums may be archived. Check the specific course details for information about access duration.

Many of our courses offer certificates upon completion. You'll need to complete all required assignments and meet the passing criteria. Certificates can be downloaded from your course progress page and shared on your professional profiles.

  • Check your internet connection speed
